No, at the moment we only do domestic shipping

Some distant areas can take a bit longer, but we’ll get it to you! Please note that Shipping Time Estimates does not including processing time, customs, or mail carrier delays.

We accept online banking and credit card.

All customers are charged at the time of purchase (once payment details have been entered and confirmed).

Placing an available item into your cart and/or wishlist does not reserve that item.

Available inventory is only assigned to your account after the order has been placed and a confirmation email has been sent to notify you that that we have received your order.

1. Start shopping by browsing through our catalog and clicking on the products that you desire.
2. You can see the product details, fit and sizing, and available options on the product page. You can also change the quantity of your order from cart page, after that click on “ENTER SHIPPING ADDRESS” button.
3. On your shopping cart page, you can also view the estimated shipping price, or to compute the final shipping price, please login. Delivery Information Page – Fill up the form (check the shipping address). After that, click on the “Continue to shipping method” button.
4. Finally, You will then reach the payment information page. After confirming that everything is correct, click on “Confirm Order”. Voila, you are all set! We will begin processing your order.
5. After payment has been successfully processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Your order will also be sent to seller for action.

We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your order with the selected courier. You can also reach out to us at info@zalika.com and we will be happy to assist you.

We strive to respond to our customers within 12 hours or maximum of 24 hour and sooner, if possible! 

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately to ensure they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one package before the next. We do this so that you can receive your purchase as soon as possible. So please don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once. They are all on their way to you.

Our goal is to provide you with the best products at the best prices. However, sometimes things can happen outside of our control and can impact you as our customer. If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please contact our team with information, order details and photos for investigation. If the item’s defect is deemed valid, we will take care of you and cover all costs. You’ll be entitled to a new product replacement and we will make sure to correct the issue ASAP so that it does not re-occur!

Please bear in mind that product photos may look different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. Kindly also refer to product measurements and details for more accuracy.

We accept 1 hour notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us via  Email.

Please note that any request received after the 1 hour grace period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.
