Seller Policy

Before registering to become a seller, you must first read and accept all the terms and conditions as stated in the website. You must also agree to the acceptance/submission of your personal data as set forth in the Privacy Policy of this website. 

Zalika reserves the right to modify, discontinue or revoke any part of its services including the terms and conditions stated.

For those under the age of 18 years old, you must first ask for guardian’s or parental permission and they will need to provide their consent to all the terms and conditions as stated. (The submission of application will be considered as consent). 

Please be aware of the personal data that you provide in utilizing the service. All information obtained and requested by Zalika is noted to be for security and identification purposes only. 

Zalika also has the right to refuse any access to this service and/or to refuse to grant permission to use this service to any person(s) without cause or offering any explanation. 

You must agree not to: 

1. Upload and post any material that violate the laws and norms of society and the moral values ​​of the people of Malaysia.
2. Violate the law.
3. Falsify any registered personal information.
4. Display misleading information to consumers.
5. Set up and use multiple accounts for any purpose that violates the terms and conditions of the website.
6. Display incorrect information or/and being deceptive.
7. Sell goods that are in violation of the terms and conditions stated by Zalika.

Zalika will impose a 5% commission on each product sold successfully on the platform, which is included in the shipping fee. The commission amount to be received by Zalika is to be rounded to the nearest cent. 

Sellers need to include a single tax value on each product they sell. Zalika will not display any taxes during the checkout process.

Any scam and/or fraudulent activity will warrant Zalika to take punitive and/or preventative actions including termination of service, freezing of unclaimed money, or court action.

If Seller fails to initiate delivery of product within 10 days after a Buyer makes their payment, the order will be canceled and the payment will be refunded to the Buyer. Seller will then be given a notice of warning from Zalika. If this happens the second time, Zalika will terminate the Seller’s account within 30 days.

Sellers are responsible for any incidents that occur throughout the sale process which are beyond the control and authority of Zalika.

Zalika will not be liable for damages or loss of goods sold during the shipping process. Sellers and Buyers will need to resolve any such issue with the shipping company.

Sellers must comply with all conditions stipulated before selling and advertising any product or services on the platform. However, the list is always open for changes from time to time, therefore it is the responsibility of Sellers to check and keep themselves updated.

Products that are conditionally allowed to be sold on the platform includes:

Strictly prohibited products:

1. Cigarettes, tobacco, vapes, e-cigarette and all related products.
2. Gambling and/or all products related to gambling
3. Liquors and other alcoholic beverages/food
4. All products that are clearly non-halal or not suitable for Muslim consumers (eg: pigskin)
5. Prescriptive/recreational drugs and medicines
6. Health and beauty products which are not registered with and/or approved by KKM.
7. Firearms, gunpowder and related products.
8. Highly flammable/corrosive/explosive chemicals or products deemed to be dangerous.
9. Products that are pornographic in nature.

Sebelum mendaftar untuk menjadi penjual, anda perlu membaca dan menerima semua syarat-syarat di Zalika terlebih dahulu. Anda juga perlulah bersetuju ke atas penerimaan data personal anda seperti dinyatakan di dalam Privacy Policy di dalam laman sesawang ini.

Zalika mempunyai hak untuk mengubahsuai, memberhentikan atau membatalkan apa-apa bahagian di dalam servis ini termasuklah syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan.

Untuk yang berumur bawah 18 tahun, anda perlulah meminta kebenaran ibu bapa atau penjaga terlebih dahulu dan mereka perlu menerima dan menyetujui semua syarat-syarat yang telah ditetapkan.

Anda perlu peka ke atas data personal yang anda sediakan apabila menggunakan servis ini. Sesetengah data terpaksa Zalika perolehi hanyalah atas sebab-sebab keselamatan dan proses pengecaman.

Zalika juga mempunyai hak untuk menolak sebarang akses ke servis ini atau enggan memberikan kebenaran menggunakan servis ini kepada mana-mana individu walaupun tanpa bersebab.

Anda bersetuju untuk tidak :

1. Memuat naik dan pos sebarang bahan-bahan yang melanggar undang-undang dan norma masyarakat serta nilai-nilai murni penduduk di Malaysia.
2. Melanggar sebarang undang-undang.
3. Memalsukan sebarang maklumat diri yang di daftarkan
4. Memaparkan bahan-bahan yang mengelirukan pengguna
5. Membuka dan menggunakan banyak akaun untuk tujuan yang melanggar syarat-syarat
6. Menipu dan memaparkan informasi yang tidak benar.
7. Menjual barang yang melanggar syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan

Zalika mengambil komisen sebanyak 5% ke atas sebarang produk yang berjaya dijual. Komisen ini dikira termasuk dengan yuran penghantaran.

Komisen yang diterima oleh Zalika akan dibundarkan ke sen yang terdekat.

Penjual perlu memasukkan sekali nilai cukai pada setiap produk yang dijual. Zalika tidak memaparkan sebarang cukai semasa proses checkout.

Sebarang penipuan akan dikenakan tindakan oleh pihak Zalika termasuklah memberhentikan servis, membekukan wang yang belum dituntut, atau dikenakan tindakan mahkamah.

Sekiranya dalam tempoh 10 hari selepas pengguna melakukan pembayaran,dan anda masih tidak melakukan proses penghantaran, produk tersebut akan terbatal dan wang akan dikembalikan. Anda akan diberikan notis peringatan dari pihak Zalika. Sekiranya hal ini berlaku untuk kali kedua, Zalika akan memberhentikan akaun penjual dalam tempoh 30 hari.

Anda perlu bertanggungjwab atas apa-apa kejadian diluar kemampuan dan kuasa pihak Zalika yang akan berlaku sepanjang proses jual beli.

Zalika tidak akan bertanggungjwab atas kerosakan atau kerugian atas barangan yang dijual semasa proses penghantaran. Pelanggan dan pembeli perlu menyelesaikan masalah ini dengan syarikat penghantaran tersebut.

Penjual perlu mematuhi semua syarat yang ditetapkan sebelum menjual apa-apa barangan. Namun begitu, senarai ini akan sentiasa berubah dari masa kesemasa. Diharapkan pengguna dapat menyemak kembali dari masa kesemasa.

4. Produk yang jelas tidak halal

6. Produk kesihatan dan kecantikan yang tiada kelulusan KKM
7. Senjata api
8. Produk kemikal yang senang meletup atau merbahaya
9. Barangan pornografi
10. Dadah
